1. SaaS Subscription Cancellations
PrivacyOS subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual commitment basis as specified during plan selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting billing support at least 15 business days prior to your subsequent renewal date. Upon cancellation, your service access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period, with no subsequent renewals billed.
2. Refund Eligibility & Review Process
Annual Plans & Onboarding Window:
For new annual subscription contracts, clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of initial platform onboarding if the software exhibits verifiable technical incompatibility that our engineering team is unable to remediate within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed pro-rata after deducting any completed one-time implementation or data migration costs.
Monthly subscriptions, usage-based consumption tiers, and completed consulting audit milestones are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced or project deliverables have been submitted.
3. Professional Advisory & Audit Services
For bespoke advisory contracts (such as DPO-as-a-Service, CERT-In VAPT testing, ISO 27001 readiness, and DPIA assessments), fees correlate directly with dedicated consultant hours and legal technical deliverables. In the event of contract termination prior to milestone completion, billing is adjusted to reflect work completed up to the date of written notice.
